Mission Pointe Church is seeking a new youth director who...
- Enjoys talking with and communicating alongside youth and parents to build up our congregation
- Is currently enrolled as a student or has completed seminary or Bible college degree with a commitment to SBC Baptist Faith & Message 2000

- Has experience leading and teaching the Bible in various group settings
A. Roles and Responsibilities:
1 - Preside over Sunday worship through the preaching of God’s word, guiding and developing general worship
2 - Plan, prepare and lead youth Friday night meetings throughout the year
3 - Plan and coordinate special ministry events e.g. Summer Retreat, Short term mission, monthly outing, and etc.
4 - Participate in weekly staff meeting and reports weekly ministry directly to the Senior Pastor
5 - Communicate effectively with youth and parents
