Seeking a Part Time Youth Pastor

Power Mission Baptist church (PMBC, 능력침례교회) in Cincinnati Ohio is seeking a part time youth pastor to lead a group of 30+ youths from grade 7^th to high school. Founded in 1997, PMBC currently has about 300 active members. Most of PMBC members are the 1^st and 2^nd generation immigrants and international students from Korea. * Responsibilities:

   - Coordinate and lead Sunday youth worship service

   - Lead Friday night youth service including Bible studies

   - Provide mentorship and counseling for our youth

   - Develop, design and oversee extra activities including summer vacation activities for our youth

   - Must spend weekends (Friday to Sunday) in Cincinnati (Room and Board will be provided by PMBC)

* Qualifications:

   - Either currently in M. Div program or graduated with M.Div degree

   - Have experience working with youth in U.S.

   - Be able to instill the values of the Christian faith with an understanding of concerns facing today’s youth in America and around the world

  - Have fluency in English language

  - Have experience preaching in English and/or be able to preach in English

4.      Certificate for the theological education such as M.Div.
