Seeking a full time Youth/ English Ministry Pastor (KBC of Memphis)

We are seeking a Full Time Youth/ English Ministry Pastor!

About Our Church:

Korean Baptist Church of Memphis(KBCM) is located in Collierville. KBCM is with Korean Ministry, English Ministry, and Children Ministry. Our aim as a church is to make the name of Jesus known through the faithful preaching of His Word, the bold witness and testimony of those who’ve experienced the transformative power of the Gospel, and enthusiastic God-centered worship.

Responsibilities:

Leading the English Ministry (ages including middle/high school, college students, young adults and older adults)

·        Preparing and delivering weekly scripture-based sermons (Sundays)

·        Discipling and multiplying spiritual leaders

·        Praying for and counseling of members

·        Helping establish leadership structure and ministries

·        Working with leadership team to plan events (retreats, outreach, missions)

·        Maintaining relationship with KM

Desired Qualifications: Loves God, loves youth. Confident with and enjoys working with youth member. This is a position that requires ministry skills and previous experience, with a calling, training, and experience in youth ministry. Qualities include leadership, strong relational and programming skills, entrepreneurial gifts, teaching skills, financial management abilities. We prefer person who can speak both Korean and English language to person who just speak English. (This is not absolute condition)
